Program Overview
Budget Housing Organization was created to provide a learning center for economically disadvantaged youth and adults. Its mission is to provide Literacy training, computer skills, GED preparation, English, and tutoring services to increase intellectual growth and family unity. The organization also provides community-based housing facilities for the elderly and low income families with children. The concept is if families have safe-affordable housing it will improve academic success.
