Program Overview
Academy for Urban Scholars (AUS)is a non-traditional high school (14-21) and adult program (22 and up). Students earn their high school diploma. AUS' educational philosophy seeks to balance student self-direction with teacher guidance needed to ensure a depth of understanding and mastery of concepts. AUS is school wide Title 1. We offer literacy and math interventions for the whole family. AUS offers curriculum via direct instruction, credit flexibility and/or computer based.
