Program Overview
The Region 4 Workforce Board, Tecumseh Area Partnership, Inc. serves a 12 county region in north-central Indiana. Counties include: Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Miami, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, and White. Each of the 12 counties has an adult education center the assists the individual needs of adult learners. All centers assist adult learners with literacy acquisition in obtaining a high school equivalency diploma, skill development, employment, job training, career certification, and English as a New Language/ESL.Education services
