Pre-school story hours and book talks for children to support early learning, teen book clubs to encourage reading for teens, book clubs for adults and seniors to encourage reading for life, and live classes on computer use, and on line literacy programs and life skills programs such as: LearningExpress Library - Test preparation materials and interactive practice exams in the areas of academic, civil service, military, and professional licensing and certification exams. Transparent Languages - Online language learning - Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, ESL Spanish, and ESL Mandarin - through a series of stories, activities and innovative learning tools. Computer Basics - If you are new to computers or want to learn how to send an e-mail or search the Internet, and more in both English and Spanish. Job Scout via AtoZ databases Are you looking for a job? This site will help you write a resume, look for jobs online, and learn social networking. You can also learn basic computer and Internet skills, such as setting up an e-mail account and using job search engines. Software Training via Atomic Training Database - Improve job skills with Excel and Photoshop training or learn social media skills with tutorials on Twitter, blogging, and podcasting. Also contains training on mobile products such as the iPhone and iPad.
