Program Overview

Using the program, "Every Child Ready to Read @ Your Library", provide mobile outreach to rural Berkeley County SC by taking our mobile library, M.O.R.E (Moving Our Resources Everywhere) into under served communities. Provide families with educational tools to promote five early literacy practices including: talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing.
