Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is an international research-based program that works with families of 3,4,5 year-olds to support parents as they prepare their child for schooling. Parents are their child's first and most important teacher. Parents teach their toddler to walk, eat, talk, speak and much more. Preparing a child to learn is simply the next step--and we can help. We provide this service to Hamilton County residents.
