Program Overview
The Workforce Connection Elevate program offers free GED classes and cash stipends to youths between the ages of 17 and 21 in the Winnebago and Boone county areas. Participants are paid upon completion of their first three GED tests, and then an addition stipend once the GED is obtained. Elevate also offers assistance for those with transportation difficulties and childcare needs.Education services
