Program Overview

The Center for the Homeless offers adult education to guests and former guests in its Job Training and Education Center (JTEC). We utilize the TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) to assess the student's needs and measure progress. In partnership with South Bend Community School Corporation Adult Education, we offer a certified preparation program and testing for the Indiana High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma. Volunteers are available for one-on-one tutoring.
