Program Overview
The Adult Education program in both Bamberg / Barnwell Counties is based on the "hub and cluster" model consisting of a large center, the Barnwell Adult Learning Center, serving as the hub and the other locations serving as the clusters. Training is offered in ABE, GED preparation, high school diploma completion, basic computer skills as a part of instruction, as well as WorkKeys testing and instruction.
