Program Overview

Pathways is an opportunity for persons desiring to complete their high school education to do so in an alternative setting and format. This program provides a supportive learning environment for those individuals who have not been successful in a “traditional" public school setting. Individuals will have the opportunity to successfully complete their high school education (earning a diploma or passing the GED), while being exposed to post-secondary educational and career opportunities.

Pathways works hand-in-hand with Michigan Works! and we highly recommend that connect with them as soon as possible, 989-729-1942. They have career services that assist people who are seeking to become self-sufficient. They have a wide variety of programs and services for eligible individuals.

Mission Statement

The Mission of the Pathways program is to empower a diverse body of students to achieve their educational goals. We are committed to providing a fresh start to individuals who have left the traditional setting, may not be performing up to their ability, or may not have fit into the traditional school environment. The individual needs of each student; academic, emotional and social, shall be addressed to assist them in becoming motivated and responsible members of society.

Hours of operation: 8 am - 2 pm, Mondays through Thursdays

Cost info: $20 refundable book deposit
